Re: website is down -- project going?

Project isn't going anywhere.  I will post an announcement when I have
more information about what the problems are and what needs to be done
to resolve them permanently.  This has been ongoing since yesterday,
but ViewVC (hosted on Sourceforge) had an outage also this morning and
that was independent.
