These are all Perl modules. 

/usr/local/ledgersmb/doc/release_notes lists a number of required "CPAN" modules - CPAN is the Perl module library. See also /usr/local/ledgersmb/_build/prereqs 

/usr/local/ledgersmb/README.debian says:

   In the dists/deb directory, there files which provide
   information on which prerequisites can be installed via
   apt-get and which ones need to be installed via CPAN.
