Hi,
You have to unstock the assembly.
The general rule of thumb is that you can't remove/modify objects if
there are related objects.
Problem is however, that LSMB in many cases just refuses your request,
without any warnings.
Hopefully this will be better in newer versions, since this is not
very user friendly!

lsmb don't wont to save corrections and recalculate remains.
