Right.....

I've uninstalled Perl, and reinstalled.

I've added 

SetEnv  PERL5LIB /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0

to the Apache httpd.conf and to ledgersmb.conf

and (re)installed MIME::Lite from a tar on its' creators site.

I've set the permissions of all LSMB files to everyone all the time
and....

.... so it's just sticking at DBI.pm in @INC (@INC...... instead.

Also, phppgadmin fails with a dialogue box saying it doesn't knwo what
to do with a "PHTML file" - presumably that's related.
