Help to install ledgerSMB on my webhosting site

Hi 

I was wondering if I could get some installation guidance and help loading LedgerSMB on my hosting service.

It is hosted on a Centos 5.3 server with Perl 5.8 and Postgres 8.3 as well as CGI enabled Apache server. 

I need to know what the best method of installation and what access is needed as I have Cpanel and FTP access only.

If I need root access I may need to get the Hosting company to make the necessary changes.
