The exchange rate gets saved for each day. I don't know a way to
change it once it gets set.
It's dumb, I think, as I can easily lookup the exchange rate in the
morning to issue a PO/Invoice, and later that day, learn what my CC was
actually charged, and of course, different CC might charge me different
amounts.
So, you wind up lying and saying that some of the transactions
happened on another day...
(BTW: Since I upgraded to LS from SL, I notice that the "tax included"
buttons have changed behaviour. I didn't see anything about
whether this is a bug or a feature.)
