Printing many invoices as PDFs

Hi everyone

I have a lot of invoices to print. Aside from going into each one
individually, selecting Screen, PDF, and hitting Print, is there any
way to print a whole range of invoices at once?

I go into Batch Printing > Sales Invoices but I don't get my entire
customer list in the drop downs, and there is only a single space for
an invoice number, or a date range. None of it seems to generate any
valid results, and even then I only get two choices - Epson or LPR. As
the box is hosted there's no printer attached, I just use PDFs and
print them in the office..

It isn't an unreasonable requirement - any ideas on how I could accomplish this?
