LedgerSMB 1.2.16 RC1 released

Hi all;

LedgerSMB 1.2.16 RC1 is available for download, so that proper public
beta testing can be done on this.  It contains only two fixes:

1)  The Access Denied! when searching for timecards is resolved
2)  The Attempt to Free Unreferenced Scalar when posting a Sales
Invoice with taxes on Perl 5.10.0 is resolved.

Download it, try it, break it.
