So I thought lets add the language I miss.
doing:

createlang -d ledgersmb -U ledgersmb plpgsql
I keep getting:
createlang: language installation failed: ERROR: permission denied for language c
how to fix?

createlang -d ledgersmb -U postgres plpgsql;

Languages can only be created by superusers.  Which version of PostgreSQL are you running?

Also id like to know, is there something like phpmyadmin for postgresql?

Yes.  phppgadmin, but if you control the server, you might like PgAdmin III better (it is a GUI program).

Best Wishes,
