NEDD HELP TO INSTALL ERROR

Hello friends, i try to install ledgerSMB on mi ubuntu 7.10 but i cant do it. I follow the instructions but when i try to get in http://localhost/ledgersmb/admin.pl , the next error are displayed on my screen

I have run smootly  sql-ledger on my system, but i cant run ledgerSMB
