resend: print pdf/html fails after upgrade 1.1.12 -> 1.2.9

Hi,

Well my initial mail included accidently weird characters. Here a
readable mail (i hope).

I have upgraded from 1.1.12 to 1.2.9. All seems to work well except
for printing to screen (print to paper fails as well).

Whatever I select (pdf/postscript/html) in order to print an invoice I
get the message:
Attempt to free unreferenced scalar: SV 0x24780b0, Perl interpreter:
0x604010 at bin/io.pl line 1600.

When I select to print to html then I can see all variable names like:

To:
<%name%>
<%address1%> <%if address2%>

And so on

Any suggestions how to solve/debug this?
