dbd_st_destroy called twice!

I use ledgersmb 1.2.6 and postgresql 8.1.3.

When I try to open 2 links fast, I receive the error:
menu.pl:88: dbd_st_destroy called twice! at menu.pl line 195.
menu.pl:88: dbd_st_destroy called twice! during global destruction.**

By example, if I have a list of ar invoices and I try to open 2 of them 
fast, one after the other I receive the same error.
It is easy to reproduce the problem if you double click on a link from 
the main menu.
