Fix for tax not showing correcty when using quantity field for invoice items

I think that there was a fix for this, but when I have an invoice where an 
item was given some quantity, the tax shows up on the invoice view, but it 
not counted toward the total customer credit, nor does it show in the reports 
views when listing the invoice.
