Moving from SL 2.6.16

HI SL

Am using SL 2.6.16 and have tried (unsuccessfuly)
moving to lsmb some months back.

I decided to have another go.

I found README.sql-ledger and have copied files over
and run SL2LS.plSL2LS.pl.
On login I get this error...

Upgrading to Version 1.1.12 ...
Error!

CREATE SEQUENCE session_session_id_seq
ERROR: relation "session_session_id_seq" already
exists


There is a page on the web site about upgrading from
SL but no practical stuff there.

what did I miss please?
