How to change per annum Interest from 1% to 2%?

Hello,

I've been pretty much driving myself crazy trying to figure out where
I set this option. I have modified the templates so they SAY that it's
going to be charged at 2%, but if I view the aging accounts it's still
actually doing 1%/month. Is there an easy way to change this that I am
missing?
