Dear Maintainer,

I installed LedgerSMB with defaults on Debian-11 with systemd.  It 
starts fine
with Starman, but when I go to http://localhost:5762/login.pl it shows only
this message:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Template" at 
/usr/share/ledgersmb/bin/../lib/LedgerSMB/Template.pm line 599.

Thus leaving the package in an unusable state.
