The release announcement forgot to mention one fix which was contributed by a first-time contributor (@Lianto2020 on GitHub) fixing import of goods from CSV.  I'm sorry this was accidentally dropped from the release notes which is especially painful since it concerns a first-time contribution. My apologies!
