LedgerSMB 1.4.30-rc1 released


I've just uploaded 1.4.30-rc1 with the following intended release notes and changelog:

Subject: LedgerSMB 1.4.30-rc1 released

The LedgerSMB development team is happy to announce yet another new
version of its open source ERP and accounting application. This release
contains the following fixes and improvements:

Changelog for 1.4.30
* Fix payment reversal of foreign-currency invoices (Erik H, #1716)
* No longer default the temporary directory to /tmp/ledgersmb (Erik H)
* 1.3->1.4 upgrade always thinks db is 1.4.0, even when not (Erik H, #1671)
* Fix translations section in GL account editing screen being cut off (Erik H)
