Many reports (e.g. chart of account report on a single account) have a button
"permalink", which have a nice side effect of reloading that report again.
Any additional items which have been added (in other windows, perhaps via
middle click on reports...) will show up in report.
So the button functions a bit like a "fresh" or "update" button on a report.
Pushing the permalink button once consistently works.
Pushing the permalink button a second time often leads to an HTTP
authentication request... My guess is that this is because something died,
and lost the database connection... At that point one has to close all
windows/tabs and login again.

I'm going to try to investigate/fix this.
