I did not test the shipto related fixes, but I think, it is safe to release.

Hi everyone;
 
LedgerSMB 1.3.42-rc1 has been out for a day so far.  there was one trivial fix committed by Istvan since but should be safe (correcting a typo to an html attribute).
 
Is there any objection to releasing 1.3.42 as it currently is?
