I've posted bug 1097 affecting 1.3.38 and 1.3.39-rc2: it is not possible
to post an AP transaction as no 'Post' button is displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
* Go to Purchases->Add Transaction
* Fill in a valid transaction
* Click Update
* Notice the 'Post' button should be displayed, but isn't.
There is therefore no way to post an AP transaction.
