LedgerSMB 1.4 beta 5 released

Hi everyone;

LedgerSMB 1.4.0-beta 5 has been released. This includes a large number of bugfixes since 1.4 plus a couple of enhancements related to in-database templates (this is an area that still has some work needed which I hope to finish up this week).

My sense is that we are starting to get close to branching.
