PGObject modules now on GitHub

Following Robert's request, I have put the PGObject namespace modules on Github.  They can be viewed at https://github.com/einhverfr?tab=repositories

These have all, thus far, been released on CPAN.  I expect that we will get to 1.5 using these modules for the db mapping but probably will not depend on them until after 1.4.
