Bug: 1.3.29 Purchases | Reports | Transactions search results empty

[ario <..hidden..>]

If searched by 'Creditor' (name from drop down list), then the results
screen is empty.
If however searched by 'Creditor Number', corresponding with the
creditor name first selected from the drop down list, the transactions
do show up.

This is a database updated from 1.2.21 to 1.3.23 to 1.3.29, if ever that
matters in any way.
