Hi everyone.

1.3.23-rc1 has been released and can be downloaded at https://sourceforge.net/projects/ledger-smb/files/Beta%20Releases/1.3.23-rc1/

The single biggest improvement are changes made to support starlet. Presumably we can support other Plack app servers at some point. These differences shore up how some CGI environment variables are handled in order to prevent some odd situations. Note the old code is still not persistence safe but this does allow you to preload some modules in order to avoid latency.

A number of other minor bug fixes have been included as well. Please download and test this release and let us know if there are any problems.
