These aren't fully tested yet but see the COGS.sql from trunk
(sql/modules).  I am writing it first against 1.3, and then applying
the minor changes necessary to port to 1.4.  I expect to have an one
that's suitable for full replacement for COGS on 1.3 later today.

The reason this is a high priority is that I want to allow for batches
of sales invoices in 1.4, and that would mean calculating COGS at time
of approval, rather than entry.
