LedgerSMB 1.3.14-rc1 is out

Hi all;

LedgerSMB 1.3.14-rc1 has been released.  This release fixes all known
bugs with LedgerSMB 1.3.x and completes the pricematrix interface for
customers and vendors.  A significant number of issues have also been
corrected.  Please feel free to download and test it.

There are now no longer any outstanding missing features in 1.3.x that
were present in 1.2.x.
