Hi all;

LedgerSMB 1.3.10-rc2 is released with a couple documented bugs and a
large number of fixes.  Please test and report issues.


CURRENT KNOWN BUGS:

1)  Payment reversals don't properly handle fx gain/loss
2)  Bulk payment interface doesn't properly handle foreign currencies
