New development snapshot available

Hi all;

A new development snapshot, 1.4-20111019, has been released.  It
includes initial drafts of improvements to the database interface, and
the PGDate wrapper class.

The PGDate wrapper class is basically a wapper around DateTime and
DateTime::Formates::Strpdate.  Both these are well supported packages
available on a wide variety of platforms.  This package handles
localization of dates and timestamps for friendlier formatting.

The next stop (hopefully out next week) will be number handling
classes.  Then from there we can get the journal entry and reports
working.
