v1.3 RPM install status

People,

So do we have a list of standard Fedora RPMs yet that can be installed 
so that installing from CPAN is not necessary? - or is it necessary to 
build some custom RPMs?  If such a list exists, I would like to see it - 
I never could get all the required Perl stuff installed only from RPMs 
and always had to fall back to CPAN . .
