Status on work towards LedgerSMB 1.3.0 RC1

We currently have two blocking bugs open.  These involve the ability
to add vendor accounts to customers and vice versa, and editing
business types.

The only other open issue are the database setup tools.  The current
database tools are tested for setup only (not migration yet) for new
databases through the initial database creation and loading phase.
They do not currently, as of yet, load the chart of accounts or create
the administrative user, but these are expected to be working tonight
or tomorrow.

Once the initial database creation part is working I will create
another development snapshot.
