As mentioned in the Outsourcing Payroll thread, Command Prompt has
launched a new service for helping developers raise money to build
features.

Are there some developers out here that have been looking at building
something (or fixing something) for LedgerSMB but haven't been able to
due to lack of funding?

It is currently closed beta but I would open it up to specific well
written proposals.
