1.2.19 release candidate released

Hi all;

LedgerSMB 1.2.19 release candidate 1 has been uploaded onto Sourceforge.  This includes the security hotfixes mentioned before, but also includes a number of other fixes including some corner-case issues with sales tax rounding.  If no issues are found with the bugfixes in this release, we may release 1.2.19 later this week.
