this is a 2-dimensional hash

example

my %hash2=(aa=>'aaa',bb=>'bbb',cc=>'ccc');
my $hash2_ref=\%hash2;
print "$hash2_ref->{aa}\n";

my %hash1=(a=>\%hash2,b=>\%hash2,c=>\%hash2);
my $hash1_ref=\%hash1;
print "$hash1_ref->{a}{bb}\n";

Best is to put such pieces of code in a little file and test it from the command-line with

perl little_test_file

         $form->{amount}{"IC_$_"}
         It display the ref of the IC_... but what is the amount.
