LedgerSMB 1.12.1 released

The LedgerSMB development team is happy to announce yet another new
version of its open source ERP and accounting application.
This release contains the following fixes and improvements:

* Ignore Content-Type header on GET requests (#8562)
* Fix persisting of E-mail workflows without attachments (#8564)
* Fix printing of GL and cash transfer transactions (#8580)
* Fix error of Cash > Use [AR] Overpayment menus (#8582)
