LedgerSMB 1.4.15 released

The LedgerSMB development team is happy to announce yet another new

version of its open source ERP and accounting application. This release

introduces user management in setup.pl as a workaround for a regression

where the initial user for a company created with "Manage Users" rights,

can't manage users from inside the application. Here is the full list of fixes

and improvements:
