LedgerSMB 1.1.8 released

Hi all;

Due to two bugs discovered in the current release of LedgerSMB 1.1.7,
we have released a patched version.  This version corrects two bugs
which interfere with order consolidation and template editing.  Users
expecting to use these features should upgrade as soon as possible.
This release does not include any security fixes nor other fixes
outside these specific bugs.
