As you request, I have this link to view the apache configuration file of my Os Ubuntu:

 A LedgerSMB specific Apache config should have been installed, at  /etc/apache2/conf.d/ledgersmb.conf.

 

   Do I understand correctly that you don't have "Recommends " enabled to to be installed?  

   Do you have PostgreSQL installed on the server, or have LedgerSMB configured to talk to one not on the server you're working on?
