Normally you have to do these steps with the second DB name in:

From 0:00 to 1:10 -> exactly what you have to do. You can do it several times, changing the DB name as you need.

From 1:10 to 1:20 you can see, what do you  need to login to this new DB.

That depends.  If you use the same username, they forcibly share the same password and resetting the password on one db resets everywhere.  If you use a different username, you can have different passwords.
 
The general rule is:  use the same username if it is the same person. Use a different username if it is a different person.
