    It's not clear to me which version of Debian you're running;  is
it Debian testing (jessie)?  Because LSMB 1.3.25 is in Debian unstable
('sid');  it hasn't transitioned to testing due to a bug on it that I
plan to fix with the next upload I'll be working on (which will now be
for 1.3.35).

    Note that there are also issues related to the apache version,
since Debian testing now defaults to apache v2.4.

  That perl module was packaged and is available since Debian v7
(wheezy).   Do you have the libtemplate-plugin-latex package
installed?  (I don't think that the 1.3.18 package referenced it,
although the ones since then do...)
