Btw, when I want to remove a part in that customer's credit acocunt, then it won't allow that. It shows the error "Action Not Defined: delete_pricematrix".

That's a bug. Since it is probably a long-standing one I don;t think we will delay 1.3.35 over it. However, I will look at getting a fix committed in the very near future (and will send you a patch).

As a workaround you can delete the item on the part or service screen.
