According to my exim logs there was no connection made, so it appears
that it isn't sending via smtp. ÂI find nothing in the apache logs that
indicates any clues. ÂAs best as I can tell, the box is doing what it
thinks it should be doing.

Our next scheduled run of recurring transactions is in another week, so
I was planning on turning up the debugging and taking a closer look at
it during that run.
