Hmmm in double checking I found a couple of minor build issues with
RC1 including the fact that it was built from a partly out of date SVN
tree that missed that fix. This is why we have the freeze while
waiting for releases.  This doesn't happen frequently but.....

Please wait an hour or so and try RC2.

The major install bugs fixed were:
1)  in_recon_fx should be in_recon_fx bool in function argument list
(you can change that yourself by looking at the Reconciliation.sql and
looking for in_recon_fx and where it is part of the function argument
list specifying a bool type)

2)  There were some dependency issues that prevented the Makefile.PL
from being useful in resolving dependencies.....

There are also some other fixes to handling of prepayment discounts,
but these are not parts of the problems you are having.
