Re: ledgersmb password problem

Here I am again...

All of you are geniuses! Thank you!

The last suggestion to check postgresql.conf was the winner. The port was 5433. I changed it in ledgersmb.conf and now ledgersmb can make databases.

The only problem is I'm back to the original place I was before - going around in circles with the
Error!
Database is not the expected version. Was 1.3.0, expected 1.3.12. Please re-run setup.pl against this database to correct.
And I can't rerun setup.pl.

I'll start another thread on the version problem  tomorrow.

Thanks so much!!!

Best Regards,

Billy

Look for a postgresql.conf corresponding with your correct version and
look there to see which port and address it is listening on.
