1.4.28 --- permalink screws up DB login string

For some time I've been using the "permalink" button as way to reload/redo a
query. After a few uses (somewhere between 2 and 4), it will fail and put up
an HTTP Auth box. All windows/tabs are now screwed and I have to login again
from scratch.

I caught this in the logs today:

==> /var/log/apache2/error.log <==
DBI connect('dbname="sswbookssswbooks"','mcr',...) failed: missing "=" after
"mcr'" in connection info string at LedgerSMB/DBH.pm line 50.
Died at LedgerSMB/Auth.pm line 105.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/share/ledgersmb/drafts.pl line 8.

My datbaase is called "sswbooks", so it looks like something in the permalink
handling causes the dbname= to be repeated. Maybe it's in the link
itself....

"Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 on x86_64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0

It doesn't look like it, unless the company=sswbooks is getting appended to
something that is already in the session?
