LedgerSMB 1.4.27-rc1 released

Just uploaded the 1.4.27-rc1 tarball. It's the intent to release this version as 1.4.27, with the following announcement:

The LedgerSMB development team is happy to announce yet another new
version of its open source ERP and accounting application. This release
contains the following fixes and improvements:

Changelog for 1.4.27
* Added note to batch list that all are locked (Chris T)
* Allow multiple logins per user, all with own locks (Chris T, #1418)
* Fixes meaningless subtotals on recon search results (Chris T, #995)
* SQL Ledger 3.0 migration support (Yves L/Erik H)
* Fix random column ordering in PNL & B/S comparison (Yves L)
* Completed Norwegian translation (Stig B)

Stig B is Stig Berg
