LedgerSMB 1.5.0-beta 3 released

Hi everyone;

LedgerSMB 1.5 beta 3 is now  out.  Please test.

We have made one surprising discovery regarding our Dojo improvements that deserves extra scrutiny.  Apparently options must explicitly specify a value.  This means that dropdown boxes generally in the old code need extra scrutiny.  I have gone through and done some significant testing, but more eyes are definitely better.
