1.4.17 new feature documentation: account hierarchies in reporting

Hi all,

The 1.4.17 release contains the new "Account hierarchies in reporting" feature, which significantly changes the way the Income statement and Balance sheet reports work.

Since the existing CoA templates don't include this feature, I thought some additional explanation might be in order. Could you please review and provide comments of my write-up so far:
