Any objection to releasing 1.4.6?

Hi;

We have a few updates to the changelog since rc2, and a number of open bugs.  but none of the open bugs are regressions vs 1.4.0.

Therefore I am going to suggest we release 1.4.6 today and shoot for 1.4.7 next week.  Any objections?
