Hi everyone;

As previously discussed on this list I have removed the stub files (top-level .pl files which only redirect to handlers) including both old code ones like ar.pl and ap.pl, but also new code ones like timecards.pl. As of now, master requires Plack to run. Plack applications can be deployed over cgi, fcgi, and Perl-based web servers like starman.
